🕒 Part Time, Monday-Friday, 2:00-6:00 PM (PST)
💵 $800/month + uncapped commission

About our client
A growing indoor golf business in San Diego looking for an SDR to convert inbound social media leads into appointments and develop corporate membership opportunities.
Responsibilities
● Contact and qualify inbound leads from Instagram and Facebook.
● Follow up with leads through calls, texts, and email sequences.
● Schedule demo appointments and maximize show rates.
● Prospect local businesses for corporate memberships.
● Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up consistently.
● Meet targets for calls, appointments, and conversions.
Requirements and Skills
● Near native English, spoken and written.
● Previous SDR, appointment setting, or outbound sales experience.
● Comfortable with high call volume and rejection.
● Strong sales mindset and motivation to earn commission.
● Organized and consistent with CRM management and follow ups.
● Experience with sales sequences or drip campaigns is a plus.
● Reliable internet and a quiet workspace.
