Scrum Master

We are looking to onboard two experienced offshore Scrum Masters to support our delivery teams. I would appreciate your help in identifying strong candidates who can operate as hands-on delivery leaders and work effectively with multiple Scrum teams simultaneously.

💼 **Experience:** Strong experience with **Asana** and **GitLab** required.
We are specifically looking for resources who have demonstrated experience managing and facilitating multiple Scrum teams, rather than supporting a single team. The individuals should be comfortable working closely with our onsite teams and should have strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
The key expectations for these roles are:
Strong Scrum/Agile experience: Proven experience supporting multiple Scrum teams concurrently and independently managing the end-to-end Scrum process.
Scrum ceremonies: Ability to effectively facilitate Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews/Demos, Retrospectives, and other required Agile ceremonies.
Hands-on delivery leadership: Proactively guide teams, identify blockers, drive follow-ups, improve team execution, and ensure commitments translate into measurable results.
Onsite collaboration and working-hours overlap: Candidates must be able to consistently overlap with our U.S. onsite teams during approximately 8:00 AM–1:00 PM Eastern Time and be comfortable facilitating meetings during this window.
Excellent English communication: Strong verbal and written English communication skills are essential, particularly because these individuals will regularly facilitate discussions with onsite teams, stakeholders, and management.
Cultural fit and stakeholder presence: Candidates should be collaborative, proactive, accountable, comfortable challenging teams constructively, and capable of working effectively within a U.S.-based organizational environment.
Healthcare experience preferred: Prior experience within the healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
GitLab experience: Hands-on experience using GitLab for Kanban boards, Sprint management, backlog/work-item tracking, dashboards, burn-down/rundown reporting, and related Agile metrics is required.
Asana experience: Strong working knowledge of Asana for project management, tracking, reporting, and dashboarding is also required.
Reporting and analytics: Ability to provide management with clear reporting on Sprint performance, delivery progress, team throughput, blockers, dependencies, risks, and overall Scrum-team performance.
Dashboarding and automation: Candidates should be capable of building and improving dashboards within GitLab and Asana and driving automation wherever practical to reduce manual reporting and improve visibility into delivery performance.
AI proficiency: We are particularly interested in candidates who are AI-savvy and can apply AI capabilities to improve reporting, analysis, meeting effectiveness, Sprint insights, automation, and overall team productivity.
Continuous improvement: The Scrum Masters should not simply facilitate ceremonies; they should actively coach teams, identify opportunities for process improvement, improve predictability and accountability, and help the teams consistently produce results.
Overall, we are looking for experienced, hands-on Scrum Masters who can act as delivery drivers and facilitators, rather than resources whose role is limited to scheduling meetings or administering Scrum ceremonies.
