We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect with strong and proven expertise in the Life Sciences / Pharmaceutical domain. The ideal candidate should have a combination of Solution Architecture, AI/GenAI, and Technical Program Leadership experience, along with a deep understanding of Life Sciences business processes and technology.
Key Requirements:
Strong and demonstrated Life Sciences / Pharma domain experience is mandatory.
Experience in Solution Architecture and designing scalable enterprise solutions.
Strong understanding and hands-on experience with AI / GenAI / Machine Learning solutions.
Experience leading complex technical programs and enterprise technology initiatives.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical architecture and solution strategies.
Experience working with business and technology stakeholders across large-scale healthcare or life sciences organizations.
Strong understanding of healthcare/life sciences technology, data, analytics, cloud, and digital transformation.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and technical leadership skills.
Important Requirement:
Candidates with general Healthcare experience alone will not be sufficient for this position.
We are specifically looking for candidates who have proven Life Sciences / Pharma domain experience in addition to Solution Architecture, AI, and Technical Program Leadership capabilities.

Commercial, R&D, Clinical, Medical Affairs, or related Life Sciences functions
