Role Description The Communications & Softskill Trainee is a full-time, remote role focused on developing and supporting internal and external communications initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing written content such as emails, announcements, and press releases under guidance, and assisting in the implementation of strategic communication plans. The trainee will help coordinate internal communications to ensure consistent messaging across teams and contribute to content development for digital channels where required. Additional tasks involve participating in soft skills training activities, refining presentation and interpersonal skills, and collaborating with mentors and cross-functional teams to support organizational communication goals.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication and Internal Communications skills to convey clear, professional messages to diverse audiences.
Candidates should possess Writing and Press Releases skills to create concise, accurate, and engaging written materials.
Candidates should possess Strategic Communications skills to support planned campaigns and alignment with organizational objectives.
Candidates should possess good interpersonal, presentation, and soft skills, with the ability to collaborate in remote teams.
Strong command of written and spoken English, attention to detail, and basic familiarity with digital communication tools.
Ability to learn quickly, accept feedback constructively, and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
Educational background in Communications, English, Media, Business, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory.
Interest in technology, training, or IT services and a willingness to grow into broader communication or HR-related roles.
