Role Description This is a remote Digital Marketing Intern role. The intern will support day-to-day digital marketing activities, including scheduling and publishing content across social media channels, assisting in campaign creation, and monitoring online engagement. Responsibilities include helping manage online marketing initiatives, supporting email and content marketing efforts, and conducting basic market and competitor research. The intern will assist in tracking key performance metrics using web analytics tools and preparing simple reports on campaign performance. This internship provides practical exposure to digital marketing strategies in an IT and web development environment, while collaborating with cross-functional teams and learning best practices in digital branding and communication.
Qualifications
Foundational skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with interest in learning campaign planning and execution.
Ability to support Social Media Marketing efforts, including content posting, community engagement, and basic platform insights review.
Basic understanding of Web Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics or similar) to help track and report on digital performance.
Strong written and verbal Communication skills for collaborating with team members and crafting clear, professional messaging.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or certification in Marketing, Business, IT, or a related field.
Familiarity with digital platforms and basic design or content tools (e.g., Canva, basic video editing, or blogging platforms) is an advantage.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks in a remote work environment.
Genuine interest in technology, IT services, and learning industry-relevant digital marketing skills.
