Role Description The Vice President of Product Operations is a full-time, remote role responsible for overseeing end-to-end product operations and ensuring that product initiatives are executed efficiently and aligned with company goals. This role will lead cross-functional teams to streamline processes, drive product delivery timelines, and coordinate closely with product management, design, and implementation teams. The Vice President will establish and refine operating frameworks, monitor performance metrics, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement data-driven improvements. Daily responsibilities include managing complex programs, guiding project planning and prioritization, standardizing workflows, and ensuring clear communication across departments and stakeholders. The role also involves mentoring team members, managing budgets and resources, and partnering with senior leadership on strategic planning for product offerings in the UAE market.
Qualifications
Strong Product Operations experience, including building and optimizing processes and frameworks for product delivery.
Proven Product Management background with the ability to collaborate on roadmaps, requirements, and product lifecycle management.
Demonstrated Project Management skills, including planning, tracking, risk management, and cross-functional coordination.
Program Management capabilities to oversee multiple initiatives, align stakeholders, and drive large-scale execution.
Advanced Analytical Skills and data literacy to interpret performance metrics, diagnose issues, and inform decision-making.
Experience leading and developing teams in a fast-paced environment, ideally within consumer services, interiors, or hardware/finishes.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills; ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Design, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is an advantage.
Familiarity with the UAE market or regional experience is beneficial, along with comfort working in a multicultural environment.
