Key Account Operator - Quick Commerce

Prolicious is a fast-growing healthy food brand focused on making everyday Indian foods healthier without compromising on taste. Our range includes khakhra, thins, mathri, bhujiya, pasta, vermicelli and other everyday foods with a strong focus on protein and fibre.
We sell through our own D2C platform as well as Amazon, Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart and other channels.
About the Role
We are looking for a Key Account Operator – Quick Commerce to manage and grow our business across Blinkit, Swiggy Instamart, Zepto and other Q-Commerce platforms. This is a hands-on role for someone who understands Q-Commerce operations, can work comfortably with numbers and can coordinate directly with platform Category Managers.
Key Responsibilities
● Manage day-to-day business and operations across Q-Commerce platforms.
● Coordinate regularly with Category Managers at Blinkit, Instamart, Zepto and other platforms.
● Track product availability, inventory and fill rates across platforms and dark stores.
● Identify stock-outs or low availability and coordinate with internal/platform teams for quick resolution.
● Work towards improving sales and product offtakes across platforms.
● Manage and optimize platform ads, promotions and product visibility.
● Track advertising performance and ROAS.
● Monitor sales, margins and profitability at platform and SKU level.
● Coordinate promotional plans while keeping margins and profitability in mind.
● Identify opportunities for expansion into new cities and dark stores.
● Coordinate new product/SKU listings and activations on Q-Commerce platforms.
What We Are Looking For
● 1–3 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce or Q-Commerce operations/account management.
● Prior experience managing or coordinating with Q-Commerce platforms and their Category Managers.
● Food & Beverage / FMCG experience is preferred.
● Understanding of inventory, fill rates, GRN, stock availability and sales performance.
● Comfortable working with numbers including sales, margins, GMV and ROAS.
● Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables.
● Exposure to Blinkit Ads, Instamart Ads or similar advertising platforms will be an advantage.
● Strong follow-up and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve operational issues quickly.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
● Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment.
Good to Have
● Experience working with a brand and managing multiple E-commerce/Q-Commerce platforms.
● Experience independently handling Category Managers.
● Understanding of platform-wise P&L and profitability.
● Exposure to healthy food, protein, wellness or FMCG categories.
