Growth Executive - full time Intern

The Opportunity
We are looking for a high-energy Growth Executive Intern to join the Founder’s Office. Your mission is to fuel our platform's expansion by identifying and onboarding the next wave of top-tier Organisers. This is a "0 to 1" growth role where you will see the direct impact of your hustle every single day.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Lead Discovery: Research and identify potential creators, hobbyists, and community leaders across social media (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) and local Bengaluru hubs.
Cold Outreach: Initiate first-contact through professional messaging, emails, and calls to introduce our platform’s value proposition.
Pitch Scheduling: Qualify leads and move them through the funnel by scheduling discovery calls or in-person meetings for the founding team.
On-Ground Engagement: Visit creator studios, workshops, and local events to build relationships and represent the brand in person.
CRM Management: Maintain an organized database of leads, tracking the status of outreach and follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed.
Feedback Loop: Collaborate with the team to refine our "sales pitch" based on the real-world responses you receive from the field.
Content Strategy & Production: Assist in developing a cross-platform content calendar while designing engaging visual assets and writing compelling copy for social media posts, stories, and short-form videos.
