Location: Applicant must be a California resident
Daily Objectives
Manage the WC process from beginning to end, including all aspects of discovery and litigation.
Work closely with insurance companies, employers, and third-party administrators.
Utilize attorney-led technology built for WC cases, including AI solutions.
Take and defend depositions.
Advocate for clients in hearings, mandatory settlement conferences, hearings, and trials.
Skills & Experience
3 – 5+ years of CA Workers’ Comp experience.
Active license and in good-standing with the California State Bar.
Juris Doctorate Degree.
Superior research, analytical, and negotiating ability.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Commitment to proactive case management.
