Position Summary:
The HR / Recruiting Director will lead global recruitment efforts for Noor Enterprise while overseeing HR, employee relations, and daily operations for our growing BD team . This position will work closely with US-based managers to co-manage, support, and monitor overseas personnel.
This is a remote (work-from-home) position, but you must be available to work New York business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time) and have fluent English proficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Global & Regional Recruitment: Direct and supervise the BD recruiting team; lead recruitment efforts for BD operations, worldwide roles across Noor Enterprise, and potentially client positions.
Employee Relations & Co-Management: Oversee day-to-day HR operations and employee relations for ~120 BD employees; collaborate with US managers to co-manage, support, and monitor team performance.
Compliance & HR Operations: Handle all HR compliance matters, administrative processes, and daily operational support for internal BD staff.
Performance & Compensation: Manage performance review processes, contribute to compensation structures, and maintain knowledge of health benefits and retirement plans.
Team Building & Engagement: Organize regular individual and group meetings/gatherings to foster a unified, healthy, and productive team environment.
Training & Development: Support, train, and manage BD office personnel as needed.
Requirements:
6+ years of global recruitment experience, with a strong preference for US talent acquisition or US market exposure.
Proven track record managing large groups of employees and working within an international organization.
Demonstrated experience building teams, hiring new employees, and scaling new divisions or operations.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; strong background dealing with foreign colleagues and international teams.
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting tools
US-based education is a major plus.
Reliable home office and Windows computer setup with seamless internet access
Must be able to work US (NY) business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time)
