As a Bell/Valet Attendant, you'll be a part of the guest experience at Hale Hōkūala Kauaʻi, a new oceanfront destination overlooking the Pacific Ocean and Haʻupu Mountain. Located near Kalapaki Beach, Nawiliwili Harbor, and The Ocean Course at Hōkūala, this 210-room resort offers a unique opportunity to help launch a hotel that celebrates the spirit, culture, and natural beauty of Kauaʻi.

The ideal candidate will possess minimum one year of customer service experience, schedule flexibility, a valid driver's license with a clean record. Hotel experience is highly preferred.
Classification: Full-Time
Shift Pattern: Full flexibility (schedule shell is 6 am to 11 pm)

Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
Deliver a warm welcome: Welcome guests upon arrival and departure with warmth, professionalism, and aloha.
Provide valet services: Parking and retrieving guest vehicles safely and efficiently. Maintain the cleanliness, presentation, and overall condition of resort vehicles while ensuring a safe and comfortable transportation experience for guests.
Assist our guests: Luggage handling, room escorts, and orientation to resort amenities and services.
Provide hotel and local knowledge: Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions, and local area information to assist with guest inquiries
Delight our guests: Transport guests throughout resort property, including the beach, local restaurants, activity areas, and other resort facilities, as well as airport when assigned.
