Responsibilities:
Building cloud-native, event-driven systems.
Leading Agile squads.
Delivering high-volume, real-time applications.
Squad Leadership and Delivery:
Lead an Agile squad owning end-to-end feature delivery.
Drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release execution.
Ensure on-time, high-quality product delivery.
Architecture and Development:
Design and develop scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Build event-driven systems using Kafka/RabbitMQ.
Contribute hands-on to critical modules and system design decisions.
Cloud and DevOps:
Deploy and manage applications on AWS / Kubernetes environments.
Champion CI/CD pipelines, automation, and DevOps culture.
Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance optimization.
People and Engineering Excellence:
Mentor and lead a team of 5-8 engineers.
Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices.
Drive a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in Java (8/11/17), Spring Boot.
Expertise in Microservices and REST API development.
Experience with Kafka / RabbitMQ (event-driven architecture).
Solid exposure to AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
Strong knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL).
Experience in CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven).
Good understanding of distributed systems and system design.
