Pipeline Builder Sales Development (Auto)

Spinwheel Sales is hiring for our Outbound Sales Development Program in Argentina, fully remote.
This is a commission only development program, not a traditional salaried role. You will start as an outbound sales development rep prospecting and setting appointments for our automotive technology and coaching clients. Pay is 100 percent performance based, uncapped, and tied directly to the appointments and deals you help create. We are honest about this upfront: if you need a fixed base salary, this is not the right fit. If you want to control your own income and grow fast, it is one of the best opportunities available.
You will be coached directly, side by side, not left to figure it out alone. The goal is to grow you from outbound sales development into an account executive, and eventually into a leadership role, as you prove yourself.
Responsibilities
Prospect and reach out to potential customers by phone, message and email
Qualify interest and set appointments for the sales team
Track your activity and follow a proven outbound process
Take coaching and apply it immediately on your next call
Qualifications
Strong English communication skills, spoken and written
Coachable, resilient, and hungry to grow
Comfortable with a fully commission based pay structure
