Role Description The AI agents skills.md builder is a full-time remote role responsible for designing, documenting, and maintaining clear, structured skills profiles for AI agents used across Cehpoint’s e-learning, IT solutions, and cybersecurity offerings. This role involves analyzing AI agent capabilities, mapping them to real-world tasks, and creating detailed skills.md files that are easy for technical and non-technical stakeholders to understand. Daily activities include collaborating with developers, cybersecurity specialists, and instructional designers to gather requirements, standardize skill taxonomies, and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date. The role also includes optimizing content for internal knowledge bases, improving discoverability of AI features, and aligning skills documentation with product roadmaps and security best practices. The AI agents skills.md builder will contribute to continuous improvement of AI-driven learning tools and IT solutions by providing clear, consistent documentation that supports development, deployment, and user adoption.
Qualifications
Strong technical documentation skills, including experience creating structured files (e.g., Markdown, skills.md, README) and writing for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Good understanding of AI concepts and software development workflows, such as APIs, agent architectures, version control (Git), and integration with IT and cybersecurity solutions.
Ability to analyze complex systems, break down capabilities into discrete skills, and organize them into clear taxonomies and frameworks.
Familiarity with cybersecurity and IT domains (e.g., penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, cloud infrastructure, security compliance) to contextualize AI agent skills.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with experience working in cross-functional teams that include engineers, security professionals, and product or learning specialists.
Attention to detail, process-oriented mindset, and ability to maintain consistency across multiple documents and projects.
Comfort working in a remote, full-time environment, managing time effectively, and using collaboration tools (e.g., issue trackers, documentation platforms, project management tools).
