Role Description
Navigas is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to support inventory tracking and replenishment planning for brands selling on Amazon and Walmart.
This is a remote position designed for someone who is highly organized, comfortable working with spreadsheets, and able to follow established processes accurately. The specialist will maintain our existing inventory forecasting files, review sales and inventory data, identify potential stockouts or overstock risks, and provide clear weekly updates to the internal team.
Key Responsibilities
* Update inventory and replenishment files using data from Amazon, Walmart, and client reports
* Monitor inventory levels, sales velocity, inbound shipments, and weeks of supply
* Identify potential stockouts, excess inventory, and data discrepancies
* Prepare clear weekly inventory updates for the Navigas team
* Follow established processes and meet recurring deadlines
* Communicate questions or potential problems proactively
* Maintain accurate and organized records across multiple brands
Qualifications
* Strong proficiency with Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel
* Excellent attention to detail and comfort working with numbers
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Ability to follow documented processes independently
* Clear written and verbal English communication
* Reliable internet connection and remote-work setup
* Experience with inventory, forecasting, Amazon, Walmart, or eCommerce is preferred but not required
