About the Role
We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, with a focus on sourcing and hiring technicians across multiple trades (Appliance Repair, HVAC, Air Duct Cleaning, Plumbing, and Electric). You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, ensure a smooth candidate experience, and contribute to building strong client partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offers.
Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and craft effective job descriptions.
Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and other channels.
Conduct phone screenings to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and fit.
Maintain organized records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Support employer branding and participate in recruitment campaigns or events.
Assist with scheduling, communications, and other administrative recruitment tasks.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or sales (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to collaborate in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with ATS/HRIS systems preferred.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Willingness to work aligned with Pacific Standard Time (PST).
