About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst / Lead Business Analyst to join our client’s team on a remote basis.
This is a strategically important role for a professional who can lead complex business analysis initiatives, work effectively with senior stakeholders, and translate business needs and data-driven insights into meaningful organisational outcomes.
The successful candidate will play a key role in steering major business analysis initiatives that support strategic objectives, improve business processes, and contribute to sustainable organisational success.
Key Responsibilities
Executive Business Analysis Leadership
Lead major business analysis initiatives with significant organisational impact, ensuring alignment with business strategy, priorities, and objectives
Strategic Documentation & Reporting
Develop high-level business analysis documentation, executive reports, presentations, and recommendations to support strategic planning and informed decision-making
Senior Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with executive and senior stakeholders to understand strategic priorities, align business analysis objectives with organisational goals, and communicate complex findings clearly
Process Innovation & Improvement
Identify opportunities to improve business analysis practices, methodologies, and processes, establishing standards that promote efficiency, consistency, and effectiveness
Data-Driven Leadership
Lead and coordinate data analysis initiatives, ensuring that insights are translated into actionable recommendations and measurable business impact
Strategic Alignment
Ensure business analysis activities remain closely connected to organisational strategy and contribute to long-term business objectives
What We’re Looking For
Extensive experience in business analysis, preferably in complex or large-scale organisations
Proven experience leading strategic or high-impact business analysis initiatives
Strong ability to communicate with and influence senior and executive stakeholders
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience producing executive-level documentation, reports, and presentations
Strong understanding of business processes, requirements analysis, and process improvement
Experience working with data and translating analytical insights into business recommendations
Ability to operate effectively in a remote and cross-functional environment
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
Strategic mindset with the ability to connect detailed analysis to broader organisational objectives
