Recruiter

TriSearch is looking for an experienced Recruiter to join our growing team. We’re seeking a driven, relationship-focused recruiter who knows how to manage the full recruitment lifecycle and deliver an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident managing searches from kickoff through placement, and takes ownership of their work.
What You’ll Do
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers, and placement
Partner directly with clients to understand hiring needs, position requirements, and ideal candidate profiles
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify high-quality candidates
Conduct candidate screens and interviews to assess experience, qualifications, and overall fit
Manage candidate pipelines and maintain consistent communication throughout the search process
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and guide candidates and clients through the offer process
Build long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Maintain accurate and organized candidate and search activity within our ATS
Manage multiple searches and priorities while maintaining a high level of responsiveness and attention to detail
Must-Have Qualifications
3+ years of professional recruiting experience
Strong full-cycle recruiting experience
Experience independently managing searches from initial intake through successful placement
Proficiency working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
Strong sourcing and candidate outreach skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple searches, candidates, and client priorities simultaneously
Highly organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications
Retained search experience strongly preferred
Experience working within an executive search or staffing/recruiting firm
Experience recruiting across multiple industries and position levels
Experience managing direct client relationships
