The RCM Administrator is responsible for assisting the Revenue Cycle Management department in all administrative/clerical activities.
Responsibilities
Correspondence Dashboard
Customer Relationship Management
Manage/Process Incoming Mail and Phone Calls
Manage Insurance and Patient Refund Submission and Posting
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative support capacity. Experience in a claims department preferred.
Must possess excellent customer service skills
Excellent Communication skills, both oral and written; must be able to communicate logically and clearly
Microsoft Office: proficiency in Excel preferred
Data entry proficiency
