Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across social media platforms to build brand awareness and community engagement for Steadfast Nutrition. Daily tasks include managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and coordinating with marketing and design teams to align content with campaigns and brand guidelines. The Social Media Manager will respond to comments and messages, track trends in sports nutrition and wellness, and propose new ideas to enhance the brand’s digital presence.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage and grow brand presence across platforms.
Candidates should possess strong Writing and Content Strategy skills to create targeted, impactful content for diverse audiences.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams and engage effectively with online communities.
Relevant skills such as basic graphic design, familiarity with social media analytics tools, and knowledge of sports nutrition or wellness are beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, and prior experience managing brand social media accounts are preferred.
