AGM – IT Infrastructure

We are looking for an experienced AGM – IT Infrastructure with strong expertise in MacBook/macOS infrastructure and endpoint management, along with overall IT infrastructure management. The candidate will be responsible for managing MacBooks, Windows systems, networks, servers, cybersecurity, IT assets, and technical operations across the corporate office and plant.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the organization’s MacBook/macOS environment.
Manage MacBook procurement, configuration, deployment, user onboarding, upgrades, troubleshooting, repairs, and lifecycle management.
Implement and manage Apple Business Manager (ABM) and MDM solutions such as Jamf, Intune, or equivalent.
Manage macOS updates, security policies, application deployment, device restrictions, encryption, and remote management.
Ensure smooth integration of MacBooks with corporate Microsoft/Google, email, network, VPN, security, and business applications.
Manage MacBook inventory, asset tagging, warranties, AMC, repairs, replacements, and vendor coordination.
Establish standard MacBook configurations and security policies for employees.
Manage user access, device compliance, endpoint security, and data protection.
Lead overall IT infrastructure, networking, servers, cloud, backup, and disaster recovery.
Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls, switches, routers, and internet connectivity.
Manage Windows laptops/desktops and other IT endpoints along with MacBooks.
Monitor IT infrastructure performance and resolve critical technical issues.
Manage IT vendors, AMC contracts, software licenses, procurement, and IT budgets.
Develop IT policies, SOPs, security standards, and asset-management processes.
Lead and mentor the IT infrastructure/support team.
Ensure IT infrastructure and endpoint compliance across the corporate office and plant.
Requirements
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
12–16 years of overall IT Infrastructure experience, with significant experience managing MacBook/macOS environments.
Strong hands-on experience with Apple Business Manager and MDM platforms such as Jamf or Microsoft Intune.
Strong knowledge of macOS administration, endpoint security, device deployment, troubleshooting, and lifecycle management.
Experience managing 100+ MacBooks/endpoints will be preferred.
Strong knowledge of Networking, Servers, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Backup & DR.
Experience managing both Mac and Windows environments.
Experience managing IT infrastructure for corporate and plant environments preferred.
Strong team management, vendor management, budgeting, and project-management skills.
Apple/Jamf, Microsoft, CCNA/CCNP, ITIL, AWS/Azure, or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
