Booking Specialist

Position Summary
We are seeking organized, customer-focused individuals with strong communication skills and a passion for helping others plan memorable travel experiences.
As a Remote Travel Booking Specialist, you will assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating vacations, including cruises, all-inclusive resorts, hotels, tours, vacation packages, and group travel. You will work closely with clients to understand their travel preferences, provide personalized recommendations, and coordinate reservations through approved travel suppliers.
Responsibilities
Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budget.
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages.
Prepare personalized travel recommendations and itineraries.
Coordinate travel reservations using approved booking systems.
Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation.
Provide timely follow-up and professional customer service.
Stay informed on supplier updates, promotions, and destination information.
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service.
