Do you enjoy helping people, have excellent customer service skills, and love the idea of working remotely? In this role, you'll assist clients with researching, planning, and coordinating vacations, cruises, resorts, tours, and other travel experiences while completing initial training and receiving ongoing professional support.
Responsibilities
Assist clients with planning and coordinating vacations and travel experiences.
Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and vacation packages.
Provide personalized recommendations based on clients' needs and preferences.
Respond to client inquiries with professionalism and outstanding customer service.
Support clients throughout the planning process and while they travel.
Stay current on travel destinations, supplier promotions, and industry updates.
Build lasting client relationships through exceptional service.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
Attention to detail.
Comfortable using computers and online tools.
