Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Marketing and Business Development Assistant role based in Delhi, India. The role involves supporting marketing campaigns, preparing presentations and proposals, and assisting with lead generation and client outreach in the marine and offshore engineering sector. The assistant will help manage digital channels, update marketing collateral, coordinate training and promotional activities, and maintain CRM or client databases. Day-to-day tasks include market research, competitor tracking, coordination with sales and technical teams, and organizing meetings, events, and follow-ups with existing and prospective clients. The role also requires maintaining accurate records, preparing basic reports and summaries, and contributing to brand visibility in India and the Middle East.
Qualifications
Marketing and business development skills, including basic sales support, lead nurturing, and client relationship management.
Digital marketing capabilities, such as managing social media updates, email campaigns, and online content aligned with company strategy.
Strong research and analytical skills for market analysis, competitor tracking, and identifying new business opportunities.
Effective communication and writing skills for preparing presentations, proposals, reports, and professional correspondence.
Proficiency with MS Office tools and comfort working with CRM or similar business software; familiarity with engineering or technical software is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work collaboratively with technical and sales teams, manage multiple tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Interest in the oil and gas, marine, or offshore engineering sectors; prior experience or internships in these domains are a plus.
