About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, senior-level Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Consultant for a high-impact contract role with a prominent Healthcare and Higher Education client in California. The project is already in flight. We need a consultant who can jump straight into a mid-implementation environment, build trust with business users, and drive critical design and process decisions.
This role requires a deep understanding of the end-to-end supply chain and financial flow, tracing data cleanly from Requisition to Purchase Order to Invoice to Project Tracking.
What You Will Do
Drive Decisions: Partner closely with clinical administrators, researchers, and university faculty to cut through institutional roadblocks and drive definitive design choices.
User Adoption: Hand-hold business users through change management, helping them adapt to new Oracle Fusion workflows and standard processes.
Capital Projects: Serve as the functional expert on Capital Projects, managing complex tracking for medical equipment, clinical facilities, and infrastructure assets.
Cross-Functional Integration: Ensure seamless data flow across Oracle Procurement, Accounts Payable, and PPM modules.
What We Are Looking For
Multiple years of hands-on functional experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
Deep expertise in Capital Projects tracking, ideally within a hospital network, clinic system, or university environment.
Proven ability to manage upstream and downstream integrations, specifically Procure-to-Pay tracking into Projects.
Strong consulting presence, including comfort leading workshops, guiding diverse stakeholders, and driving ownership.
Big Plus: Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Grants Management for clinical trials or research awards.

Requirement to travel to the California campus for key project milestones, such as critical design sessions, testing phases, or go-live prep.
