Job Summary
We are looking for a Technical Writer to create clear, accurate and easy-to-understand technical documentation for products, systems and internal processes.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong writing skills and an interest in technology, documentation and information management. You will work with technical and non-technical teams to turn complex information into practical documentation that users and colleagues can easily understand.
Key Responsibilities
Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, manuals, procedures and knowledge-base articles.
Work with developers, engineers, product teams and subject matter experts to gather and verify technical information.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise and user-friendly content.
Review, edit and update existing documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency and clarity.
Organise documentation using appropriate structures, templates and version-control processes.
Research technical subjects and identify missing or outdated information.
Ensure documentation follows agreed terminology, formatting and quality standards.
Requirements
Previous experience in Technical Writing, Technical Documentation, Documentation, Content Writing or a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to understand and explain technical information clearly.
Experience creating structured documents, user guides, procedures or knowledge-base content.
Good research, editing and proofreading skills.
Comfortable working with technical teams and subject matter experts.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Google Docs or similar documentation tools.
