Role Overview
We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a motivated Cloud Support Assistant to join their growing technology team.

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-line support for cloud-based systems and applications
Assist with monitoring and maintaining cloud platforms
Support user access requests and account setup
Help troubleshoot basic system or software issues
