Job Purpose
To build and manage TPP Perfumes’ social media presence and brand storytelling across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram, by planning content, coordinating shoots, managing exhibition coverage, and maintaining an effective content calendar that supports recruitment, brand building, and business development.
Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Management (LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram)
Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram aligned with TPP Perfumes’ brand voice.
Adapt content format and tone for each platform (professional for LinkedIn, visual & short-form for Instagram, video-focused for YouTube)
Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner to build community and support employer branding.
Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to keep TPP’s content fresh and relevant.
2. Content Planning & Calendar Management
Develop and maintain a monthly/quarterly social media content calendar covering:
Brand posts (products, capabilities, plant, quality)
Festival, industry, and corporate updates
Exhibition and event-related content
Ensure timely delivery of posts as per the calendar and coordinate with internal teams for inputs and approvals.
Track performance (reach, engagement, followers, video views) and share periodic reports with suggestions for improvement.
3. Shoot Coordination & Content Creation
Coordinate and manage photo and video shoots for:
Product shoots (perfume bottles, packaging, variants)
Plant & process visuals (manufacturing, quality checks, R&D)
Team & culture content (employees, events, celebrations)
Exhibition booths, stalls, and event coverageindeed+2
Work with internal teams and external photographers/videographers/editors to ensure high-quality output.
Assist in scripting, storyboarding, and basic editing of reels, shorts, and videos suitable for Instagram and YouTube.
Ensure all visual content follows TPP’s brand guidelines (logo usage, colours, fonts, tone).
4. Exhibition & Event Coverage
Plan and execute social media coverage for exhibitions, trade fairs, and corporate events:
Pre-event teasers and invitations
Live updates, reels, stories during the event
Post-event highlights, thank-you posts, and lead-generation
Coordinate with the sales and business development team to capture key moments, visitor interactions, and product demonstrations.
Maintain an archive of exhibition creatives, photos, and videos for future use.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Design, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
1–3 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (manufacturing/FMCG/perfume/cosmetics background is a plus).
Strong understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube algorithms, formats, and best practices.
Hands-on experience with:
Content scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Later, etc.)
Basic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
Basic video editing (mobile or desktop tools)
Good written and verbal English; Gujarati/Hindi is an advantage for local connect.
Creative, proactive, and comfortable working in a factory + corporate environment.
Ability to travel occasionally for exhibitions, shoots, and plant visits.
