Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee architecture design and build projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that project goals are met and that client expectations are exceeded.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Ensure that all project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.
Communicate with stakeholders and team members to ensure that project goals are understood and achieved.
Manage project changes and issues, ensuring that they are identified and resolved in a timely manner.
Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
Ensure that all project documentation is maintained and updated as necessary.
Ensure that all project stakeholders are kept informed of project progress and issues.
Participate in project reviews and lessons learned sessions to continuously improve project management processes.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 to 7 years of experience in project management in architecture design.
Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong project management skills, including the ability to develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders and team members at all levels.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure that project deliverables are completed to the required quality standards.
Proficient in project management software and tools.
