Role Description
Understand customer and project requirements and translate them into suitable 2D AutoCAD drawings.
Prepare layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and working drawings based on requirements.
Support the Pre-Sales team by understanding requirements and preparing drawings/proposals accordingly.
Modify drawings based on feedback, site conditions and project requirements.
Coordinate with the sales, design and technical teams to ensure requirements are correctly understood and executed.
Read and understand quotations, BOQs and product/service requirements to prepare relevant drawings.
Maintain and organize project drawings and related documentation.
Use basic MS Excel for project data, calculations and documentation.
Assist with other design and pre-sales activities as required.
Qualifications
1–4 years of relevant experience
Strong knowledge of AutoCAD and 2D drafting
Good understanding of drawings, layouts, measurements and detailing
Ability to understand requirements and prepare drawings accordingly
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is required
Should be able to read and understand quotations
Interior Design / Architectural background preferred
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Relevant qualification in Interior Design, Architecture, Drafting or a related field
