Mandatory Skills
Candidates must have hands-on experience in at least 2 of the following
technologies:
Akamai WAF
 WAF policy administration and tuning
 Rule management and exception handling
 Troubleshooting web application security issues
IPS
 IPS policy administration and tuning
 Signature management and threat analysis
 Incident troubleshooting and resolution
Proxy Solutions
 Proxy administration and policy management
 URL filtering and access control
 Log analysis and troubleshooting
Additional Skills
 Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
 Experience in production support and incident management
 Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, and network security
fundamentals
 Experience with ITIL-based support processes
