Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Marketplace Executive to manage channel operations and execution across leading marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, and quick commerce platforms. The role will focus primarily on operational execution, catalog management, promotions, and daily marketplace performance tracking to ensure smooth channel functioning and sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketplace Operations
· Manage day-to-day operations across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa and Q-Commerce platforms.
· Ensure accurate product listing, catalog updates, A+ content coordination, and attribute corrections.
· Monitor listing health, suppression issues, and catalog errors and resolve them with platform support.
Channel Execution
Execute platform deals, sale events, and promotional campaigns in coordination with marketplace account managers.
Manage price updates, coupons, offers, bundles, and promotional participation.
Coordinate with internal teams for content, creatives, and campaign execution.
Inventory & Order Management
Track inventory levels, stock availability, and replenishment planning to avoid stock-outs.
Monitor order processing, returns, cancellations, and customer issues.
Ensure smooth coordination with warehouse/logistics teams for dispatch and fulfillment.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track daily sales performance, traffic, conversion rate, and buy box performance.
Maintain daily and weekly marketplace dashboards for channel performance.
Monitor competitor activity including pricing, deals, and category trends.
Quick Commerce Operations
Manage operations on quick commerce platforms such as Blinkit, Zepto, and Swiggy Instamart.
Ensure catalogue availability, store-level inventory visibility, and promotion execution.
Required Skills:
Hands-on experience with marketplace seller panels and catalog operations.
Strong understanding of pricing, promotions, inventory management, and listing health.
Good knowledge of Excel and performance reporting.
Ability to manage multiple marketplace channels simultaneously.
Preferred Profile:
Experience working with D2C brands in beauty, skincare, wellness, or FMCG categories.
Exposure to marketplace sale events like BBD, Prime Day, EORS, etc.
3–4 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace management
