Job Summary
Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to support our recruitment operations by
managing employee’s data, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operation
activities.
Key Responsibilities:
 Maintain and update employee and client data accurately.
 Coordinate with internal recruitment and business teams for day-to-day account activities.
 Assist in resource allocation and resource management to ensure optimal utilization.
 Support employee engagement initiatives and help coordinate employee-related activities.
 Prepare and share reports, trackers, presentations, and other documentation.
 Ensure timely follow-ups and eƯective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
 Support Account Managers in daily account management and operational tasks.
Required Skills:
 Good verbal and written communication skills.
 Strong data management and organizational skills.
 Presentable with a professional attitude.
 Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
 Basic knowledge of Microsoft Outlook (email management, calendar scheduling, and meeting
coordination).
Good-to-Have Skills:
 Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
 Basic reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
