Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chief Financial Officer role based in Mumbai. The CFO will oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and strategic financial planning aligned with Cloudstrats’ growth objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading financial reporting, managing the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory and tax requirements, and optimizing capital structure and funding strategies. The role will partner closely with executive leadership to evaluate investment opportunities, support pricing and product decisions, and drive data-informed business performance. The CFO will also build and mentor the finance team, implement robust controls and governance, and enhance finance processes and systems to support scale.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Finance knowledge with expertise in Financial Planning and long-term budgeting.
Candidates should possess skills in preparing and interpreting Financial Statements and Financial Reporting.
Candidates should possess advanced Analytical Skills for modeling, variance analysis, and strategic decision support.
Extensive experience in senior finance leadership roles, ideally in technology or high-growth organizations.
Deep understanding of Indian accounting standards, compliance, taxation, and corporate governance.
Proven ability to partner with executive teams and stakeholders, with clear and transparent communication.
Track record of building and leading high-performing finance teams and implementing scalable processes and systems.
Professional qualification such as CA, CPA, MBA in Finance, or an equivalent advanced degree is highly beneficial.
