Role Description The Human Resources Recruitment Officer will manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating selection processes for academic, administrative, and support roles. This full-time, on-site position based in Thane involves collaborating with department heads to understand workforce needs, developing accurate and inclusive job descriptions, and ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle. The role includes maintaining recruitment records, supporting onboarding and induction programs, and contributing to employer branding initiatives to attract diverse and high-potential talent. The Recruitment Officer will also assist in implementing HR policies, promoting fair and transparent hiring practices, and supporting employee relations and engagement activities as needed.

Qualifications
Strong foundational knowledge in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Ability to develop clear, inclusive, and role-specific Job Description Development aligned with institutional needs.
Understanding of HR Policies and compliance requirements, with the capacity to support consistent and fair application of these policies.
Skills in Employee Relations, including effective communication, conflict resolution, and supporting a positive work environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; advanced HR certifications are an advantage.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
Proficiency in recruitment tools, HRIS or applicant tracking systems, and basic MS Office applications.
Ability to handle multiple recruitment mandates, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
