Role Overview
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment for open roles across KSKT & Kaze Living. This is a fast-paced, office-based role suited to someone energetic, communicative, and keen to build hands-on recruitment experience.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and agency coordination.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video screening calls.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate trackers and hiring dashboards.
Draft and post job openings across relevant platforms.
Follow up with candidates through the interview process to ensure a smooth experience.
Coordinate offer rollout and pre-onboarding formalities with the HR team.
Support ad hoc recruitment drives and hiring events as needed.
What We Are Looking For
6 months to 1 year of experience, ideally with some exposure to HR or Recruitment.
Excellent communication skills.
Active, energetic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Willing to work 6 days a week from the Gurgaon office.
