My client is seeking a Group CEO to lead a portfolio of six established iGaming brands along with several centralized operating entities.
About the Role
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for shaping the group’s long-term vision, aligning multiple business units, and driving sustainable growth across international markets. The successful candidate will combine strong operational leadership with strategic vision, bringing deep knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem and the ability to manage complex multi-brand structures. The role will initially be based in Belgrade, with a planned relocation of the group’s leadership structure to Spain within 6–9 months.

Group Strategy & Vision
Define and execute the long-term strategy for the group and its portfolio of brands
Identify growth opportunities across markets, products, and partnerships
Drive market expansion and brand positioning
Operational & Organizational Leadership
Ensure alignment and collaboration across multiple brands and centralized functions
Optimize organizational structure, performance, and operational efficiency
Establish clear leadership frameworks across the group
Financial Oversight
Maintain full oversight of group financial performance and profitability
Guide investment decisions, budgeting, and capital allocation
Work closely with finance leadership on sustainable growth planning
Stakeholder Management
Build and manage relationships with investors, partners, and strategic stakeholders
Represent the group at senior industry and commercial levels
Executive Leadership
Lead, mentor, and support senior executives across the organization
Build a high-performance leadership team capable of scaling the business globally
Qualifications
Minimum 7+ years of experience in the iGaming industry
Required Skills
Proven experience leading large organizations, multi-brand platforms, or complex operational structures
Strong strategic mindset combined with operational execution capability
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Fluent English is required
Willingness to start in Belgrade and relocate to Spain within 6–9 months
Preferred Skills
Experience in the Turkish iGaming market is highly advantageous
Pay range and compensation package
Salary: €70,000 – €100,000 Net per year
