Are you an experienced HR leader ready to build a people function with genuine international impact?
We are searching for a hands-on, commercially minded Head of Human Resources to join a growing international iGaming group with six brands, more than eight offices, and over 400 employees.
Reporting directly to the Group COO and Group CEO, you will create a centralised HR function, establish group-wide standards, strengthen performance and accountability, and help shape the organisation’s next stage of growth.
The opportunity
This is a highly visible leadership role combining strategy with practical delivery. You will have the mandate to build scalable HR foundations across multiple countries while working closely with senior executives and local teams.
The position will initially be based onsite in Serbia. The company expects to relocate its headquarters to Spain in approximately one year, and you will lead the HR workstream supporting the transition of more than 40 headquarters employees.
The company will sponsor eligible candidates for the required residence and work permits and cover the related costs.
What you will do
Develop and implement a group-wide people strategy, HR policies, governance framework, and reporting structure
Create scalable recruitment processes and improve hiring speed for key roles
Introduce a practical performance-management system covering objectives, reviews, feedback, and accountability
Design and implement a fair, performance-linked reward and bonus framework
Strengthen HR systems, employee data, analytics, and management reporting
Align local HR teams and practices with consistent group standards across multiple offices
Lead the people aspects of the transition to Spain, including relocation, workforce planning, local recruitment, cultural integration, payroll, documentation, and service-provider readiness
Partner directly with executive leadership on organisational growth and transformation
What we are looking for
Senior HR leadership or Head of HR experience within a multi-country, multi-location, or multi-entity organisation
Proven success building, centralising, or transforming HR processes
Experience implementing performance-management systems and scalable recruitment practices
Strong knowledge of HR systems, people data, and management reporting
A strategic but highly practical leadership style
The credibility to work effectively with senior executives and local teams
Advanced English and the ability to travel internationally
Availability to work onsite in Serbia initially and relocate to Spain approximately one year later
Particularly valuable experience
HR leadership within iGaming or technology
Knowledge of Spanish employment practices, payroll, or residence and work-permit processes
International relocation, expansion, restructuring, or organisational-transformation experience
Spanish-language skills
Experience in iGaming and Spain would be advantageous, but neither is essential. We are equally interested in outstanding HR leaders from other sectors who can demonstrate success solving comparable challenges in complex international organisations.
