Manager- Finance

Purpose
To manage the Company's banking and treasury functions by ensuring adequate funding, optimizing working capital, maintaining strong lender relationships, negotiating financing arrangements, and minimizing finance costs while ensuring compliance with all banking and lending requirements.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Establish and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other lending agencies.
Manage the overall debt portfolio of the Company, including working capital and term loan facilities.
Prepare CMA data, loan proposals, financial projections, and other documentation required for fund raising and renewal of banking facilities.
Ensure timely compliance with loan covenants, sanction terms, and lender reporting requirements.
Coordinate with banks to resolve operational, documentation, and transaction-related issues.
Plan and manage working capital requirements to ensure smooth business operations and liquidity management.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize borrowing structures and reduce the overall finance cost of the Company.
Lead negotiations with banks and financial institutions for credit facilities, pricing, covenants, and other commercial terms.
Coordinate with external agencies such as legal advisors, valuers, consultants, and trustees for financing transactions.
Review, negotiate, and finalize term sheets, loan agreements, and other financing-related documents.
Facilitate and manage channel financing programs for dealers, distributors, and vendors.
Work closely with internal Finance, Accounts, Commercial, and Business teams to streamline banking and treasury operations.
Prepare periodic MIS, debt reports, banking dashboards, and treasury analytics for senior management.

Qualification
Chartered Accountant (CA) / MBA (Finance) / CFA preferred
