We are looking for two hands-on AI Engineers to work closely with the founding team and build a conversation-first AI product focused on voice- and chat-based interactions.
This is not a traditional client–vendor assignment. We want builders who can collaborate with the team, contribute to product decisions and take long-term ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Build and improve conversational AI and voice-calling workflows
Develop AI-powered calling solutions, particularly for sales use cases
Integrate LLMs, speech-to-text, text-to-speech and telephony APIs
Build multilingual experiences across English and Indian languages
Improve conversation accuracy, response quality and user experience
Work directly with the founders from product ideation through deployment
Ideal Candidate
Hands-on experience building conversational AI, voice bots or AI calling products
Experience with LLM APIs, prompt engineering and agentic workflows
Understanding of speech technologies and telephony integrations
Familiarity with Indian languages and multilingual AI models
Strong backend development and API integration skills
Comfortable working independently in an early-stage environment
Available for a meaningful, long-term engagement
