About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineering Manager / Civil Engineering Director to lead civil engineering design, technical coordination, and project delivery activities.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage civil engineering activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Review civil drawings, designs, specifications, calculations, and technical requirements.
Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, consultants, contractors, and project teams.
Oversee civil works including earthworks, drainage, roads, utilities, foundations, and infrastructure.
Ensure engineering designs and construction works comply with project requirements, codes, and standards.
Provide technical guidance and resolve engineering, design, and site-related issues.
Monitor project progress, quality, technical risks, and engineering deliverables.
Support tendering, construction, inspections, testing, and project handover activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
Degree in Civil Engineering or related engineering field.
Proven experience in civil engineering management, design, or project delivery.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering design, construction methods, infrastructure, and technical standards.
Strong leadership, technical, analytical, and coordination skills.
Relevant professional certification or registration preferred.
Experience in construction, infrastructure, engineering, or large-scale projects preferred.
