Position: Performance Marketer
Location: Hazra More, Near Jatin Das Park Metro, Kolkata, West Bengal
Timing: 11am to 8pm
Week off: Tuesday
Experience: Minimum 4 to 5 years in performance marketing in preferably in facebook and google ads.
Salary: upto 50000 per month
Role Description The Performance Marketer will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid and organic digital campaigns to drive user acquisition, engagement, and conversions for NEET preparation programs. This full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area involves managing performance channels such as search, social, and display, tracking campaign metrics, and continuously testing creatives, audiences, and landing pages. The role includes collaborating with product, content, and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals, analyzing campaign data to generate insights, and preparing regular performance reports. The Performance Marketer will also contribute to budget planning, identify growth opportunities across new channels, and ensure that all campaigns follow brand guidelines and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
Strong skills in performance marketing, including managing paid search, paid social, and display campaigns.
Proficiency in analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platform dashboards) to monitor KPIs and optimize campaigns.
Ability to work with landing pages, basic A/B testing, and funnel optimization to increase conversions.
Experience with digital marketing fundamentals such as audience segmentation, remarketing, and campaign budgeting.
Solid written and verbal communication skills for cross-functional collaboration and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also valued.
Prior experience in ed-tech, test prep, or education-focused organizations is an advantage.
Comfort working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and ability to take ownership of outcomes.
