*Job Summary*
We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Test Engineer with 3–4 years of hands-on experience in security testing and vulnerability assessment. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in VAPT, WAPT, Network Security Testing, and related cybersecurity assessment methodologies. The candidate will be responsible for identifying security vulnerabilities, preparing detailed assessment reports, and recommending remediation measures.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT) on web applications, mobile applications, APIs, and infrastructure.
* Conduct Web Application Penetration Testing (WAPT) using industry-standard methodologies (OWASP Top 10, etc.).
* Perform Network Security Testing (internal and external) to identify vulnerabilities and misconfigurations.
* Assess application, server, database, and cloud security.
* Execute manual and automated security testing.
* Prepare detailed technical reports with risk ratings, proof of concepts, and remediation recommendations.
* Validate vulnerability fixes through re-testing.
* Stay updated with the latest cybersecurity threats, exploits, and security best practices.
* Coordinate with development and infrastructure teams to resolve identified security issues.
*Required Skills*
* 3–4 years of experience in Cyber Security Testing.
* Strong hands-on experience in:
* VAPT (Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing)
* WAPT (Web Application Penetration Testing)
* Network Penetration Testing
* API Security Testing
* Mobile Application Security Testing (preferred)
* Good knowledge of:
* OWASP Top 10
* CVSS
* MITRE ATT&CK Framework
* Security standards and best practices
* Experience with security tools such as:
* Burp Suite
* Nessus
* Nmap
* Metasploit
* OWASP ZAP
* Wireshark
* Nikto
* Acunetix (preferred)
* Knowledge of Windows, Linux, networking, firewalls, and cloud security.
* Strong report writing and communication skills.

* CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
* OSCP
* eJPT
* CompTIA Security+
* Any relevant cybersecurity certification
