Role Description The Immigration Consultant in Sales will work full time on-site at the Delhi, India office, engaging directly with prospective clients interested in immigration and visa services. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting consultations to assess client eligibility, explaining visa options and processes, and recommending suitable programs. The role involves generating leads, following up on inquiries, maintaining client relationships, and meeting sales targets through structured follow-ups and presentations. The consultant will guide clients through documentation requirements, coordinate with internal processing teams, and ensure accurate records are maintained in CRM or tracking systems. This position requires consistent communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings, along with participation in promotional activities, seminars, or events to increase client outreach.
Qualifications
Strong sales and client relationship skills, including lead generation, follow-up, and negotiation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to explain complex visa processes clearly and professionally.
Attention to detail and organizational skills for handling documentation, applications, and client records.
Basic knowledge of immigration and visa procedures or a willingness to learn quickly and stay updated.
Proficiency in using computers, CRM tools, and common office software to manage client data and reporting.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment, handle multiple inquiries, and maintain high service standards.
Prior experience in immigration consulting, education counseling, travel, or financial services sales is an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline is preferred; relevant certifications in immigration or counseling are a plus.
