We’re Hiring: Web Developer & SEO Specialist
Primex Visa Pvt. Ltd. is expanding its digital team! We are looking for creative, skilled, and result-oriented professionals who can strengthen our online presence and contribute to our digital growth.
📍 Location: Bhikaji Cama Place, New Delhi
💼 Employment Type: Full-time | Work from Office
💰 Salary: ₹15,000–₹30,000 per month
📅 Experience: 1 to 3yrs+ preferred
1. Web Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain responsive business websites
Build and customise websites using WordPress and Elementor
Create landing pages for marketing and lead-generation campaigns
Develop website features using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, PHP, and MySQL
Customise WordPress themes, templates, and plugins
Integrate contact forms, payment gateways, APIs, CRM tools, and third-party services
Improve website loading speed, performance, and Core Web Vitals
Ensure websites work correctly across different browsers, devices, and screen sizes
Identify and resolve website errors, broken links, plugin conflicts, and technical issues
Manage website backups, updates, security, malware protection, and routine maintenance
Coordinate with SEO and content teams to implement technical and on-page improvements
Monitor website uptime, functionality, and overall user experience
Maintain proper documentation of website updates and credentials.
Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript
Practical experience with WordPress and Elementor
Basic to intermediate knowledge of PHP and MySQL
Experience in responsive and mobile-friendly website development
Understanding of website speed optimisation and caching
Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles
Familiarity with domain, hosting, cPanel, DNS, SSL, and website migration
Knowledge of website security, backups, and maintenance
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues independently
API and CRM integration experience will be an advantage
Familiarity with WooCommerce will be preferred.
2. SEO Specialist
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO strategies
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-intent mapping
Optimise website pages, blogs, headings, metadata, images, URLs, and internal links
Perform regular technical SEO audits and resolve indexing, crawling, sitemap, canonical, and redirect issues
Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics
Analyse keyword rankings, organic traffic, conversions, and user behaviour
Prepare SEO-friendly content briefs for website pages and blogs
Coordinate with writers and developers to implement SEO recommendations
Plan ethical link-building, outreach, citation, and directory-submission activities
Optimise and manage Google Business Profile and local business listings
Monitor competitors, algorithm updates, backlinks, and search trends
Identify and resolve duplicate content, broken links, and keyword-cannibalisation issues
Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports
Recommend strategies to increase qualified website enquiries and organic leads
Required Skills:
Strong understanding of on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO
Practical experience in keyword research and competitor analysis
Knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile
Familiarity with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, Moz, or similar platforms
Understanding of Core Web Vitals, page speed, indexing, crawling, and structured data
Ability to optimise website and blog content for users and search engines
Experience in quality link building and backlink analysis
Basic knowledge of WordPress and HTML will be an advantage
Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving abilities
Awareness of current search-engine guidelines and industry best practices.
General Requirements
Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or relevant professional certification preferred
1–3 years of relevant professional experience
Freshers must have strong practical knowledge, live projects, internships, or a portfolio
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines
Willingness to learn new technologies, tools, and industry practices
