Role Description The Business Operation Intern will support daily operational activities, including data collection, process documentation, and coordination across teams to ensure smooth business workflows. This full-time, on-site role in Noida involves assisting with business analysis tasks, preparing reports, and helping track key performance metrics for startup clients. The intern will collaborate with mentors and operations staff to streamline procedures, improve efficiency, and support strategic initiatives. Responsibilities also include communicating with internal stakeholders, offering basic customer service support when required, and contributing to operational improvement projects and presentations.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Business Operations and familiarity with basic organizational processes.
Analytical Skills and Business Analysis capabilities to interpret data, identify trends, and support decision-making.
Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with team members and clients.
Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (especially spreadsheets and presentations).
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Management, Economics, or a related field.
Ability to work on-site in Noida, manage multiple tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
Detail-oriented mindset, eagerness to learn, and interest in startup ecosystems and operational excellence.
