Role Description The Web Consultant role at StrategicERP is a full-time, on-site position based in Mumbai. The Web Consultant will collaborate with clients to understand business needs and translate them into effective web solutions using StrategicERP’s platform. Daily responsibilities include analyzing website performance, recommending improvements, coordinating with web developers and designers, and supporting the implementation of ERP-related web features. The role also involves assisting the sales team with product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and providing post-implementation guidance to ensure client satisfaction and adoption.
Qualifications
Client-facing consulting skills, including requirements gathering, solution mapping, and stakeholder communication
Experience with web analytics tools and performance tracking to optimize user experience and conversion
Exposure to sales processes, pre-sales support, and presenting technical solutions to non-technical audiences
Knowledge of web development practices and technologies, preferably including Java, Angular, and related stacks
Understanding of web design principles, usability, and responsive interfaces
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in an on-site environment
Prior experience in ERP solutions or in the real estate and construction domain is an advantage
