The company serves over 1,000 clients, including respected names such as Phoenix Group, Paradise Group, House Of Hiranandani, DS Max Properties, Hombale Group, and Vishwa Samudra.
Role Description The Site Developer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai, responsible for supporting and enhancing StrategicERP’s web-based platform in live customer environments. Responsibilities include developing, configuring, and deploying site-specific features, ensuring reliable performance of applications, and troubleshooting issues in coordination with cross-functional teams. The role involves monitoring system health, performing routine maintenance, and supporting upgrades to keep client sites secure, stable, and responsive. The Site Developer will collaborate with product, QA, and support teams, document technical changes, and provide input on improvements to infrastructure and implementation practices.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Site Reliability Engineering skills, including monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization.
Candidates should possess Software Development skills, with experience in modern programming languages and frameworks relevant to web-based enterprise applications.
Candidates should possess Networking skills, including basic understanding of IP, DNS, firewalls, and load balancing in production environments.
Candidates should possess Databases skills, including experience with relational databases, query optimization, and data security practices.
Candidates should possess Linux skills, including command-line proficiency, system administration basics, and scripting for automation.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working with cloud-based deployments, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
