Role Description The Graphic Designer (Video + Statics) will create visual content for digital and offline channels, including static graphics, motion graphics, and video assets that support Stratist’s healthcare growth initiatives. In this full-time on-site role based in Bangalore Urban, the designer will collaborate with marketing, branding, and content teams to translate campaign objectives into compelling visual stories for hospitals, clinics, healthtech startups, and healthcare professionals. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing social media creatives, presentations, brand assets, and marketing collateral; editing and animating videos; and ensuring design consistency across Stratist’s verticals and client projects. The role also involves contributing to creative concepts, maintaining brand guidelines, preparing assets for different platforms and formats, and working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
Qualifications
Strong graphic design skills, including experience in Graphics and Graphic Design for digital and print media.
Ability to develop visual identities using Logo Design and Branding for healthcare and professional services.
Proficiency in Typography and layout design to create clear, engaging, and accessible visual communication.
Hands-on experience with video editing and motion graphics software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related applications.
Understanding of digital marketing creatives, social media design formats, and content-driven visual storytelling.
Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Portfolio demonstrating static and video design work; experience in healthcare or B2B services is an advantage.
Relevant diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field is preferred.
