Role Description The Finance Executive will manage day-to-day finance and accounting activities to support Rego’s operations in Bengaluru. This full-time, on-site role includes preparing and reviewing financial statements, supporting monthly and annual closing, and assisting with budgeting and cash flow monitoring. The role involves handling GST and other statutory compliances, coordinating with internal teams and external auditors, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The Finance Executive will analyze financial data to provide insights on costs, revenue, and profitability, maintain up-to-date records, and help implement process improvements for better financial control.
Qualifications
Strong foundation in Finance with experience preparing and interpreting Financial Statements.
Proficiency in Financial Reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
Good understanding of Goods and Services Tax (GST) and related regulatory compliance.
Well-developed Analytical Skills for interpreting data, identifying trends, and supporting decision-making.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field.
Familiarity with accounting software and ERP systems; strong Excel skills.
Attention to detail, integrity, and the ability to work with deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Prior experience in the mobility, transport, or service industry is an advantage.
